  The Salado Community Chorus has announced its upcoming “Christmas in Salado” Concert.  Please note the date, time, and location.  Almost 70 voices are singing this year!

  Attendees are urged to arrive early as last year’s Christmas Concert became a standing room only event. This is a free concert; no admission fee or ticket is required.

  Chorus President Ana Pollock said, “We enjoy bringing this Concert to Salado each year. It is filled with classical and contemporary holiday music. Many audience members will tell you this Concert is one of the highlights of their Christmas season.”

  Chorus Director Dottie Shirley said, “The Chorus has been rehearsing since late August, and all their preparations will pay off at the Concert. Much of the content is performed by the full chorus, but we also have a selection of special groups and guest accompanists who will present their works. Everyone will find something to make this Concert memorable.”

  The Chorus was organized in 1994 as a Ladies Chorale. It added male voices in 2000 and has presented concerts for nearly 30 years. The Chorus is dedicated to the promotion of music and harmony in the Village of Salado through free public concerts and performances for various civic organizations. The Chorus is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and accepts donations via this website (see below and on the Support Us page) and at the door on the night of our concerts.
